Harbor Pilot Partners LLC pursues equity and credit investments on behalf of its principal and other private investors. Our interests include:

  1. Leveraged acquisitions of established, stable, profitable companies with EBITDA of ~$0.5 to $5 million, ideally with organic and/or inorganic growth opportunities. Areas of particular interest include:

  • Franchises, including quick serve restaurants, B2C and B2B services

  • Consumer products and services oriented towards longevity, fitness, nutrition, and/or the outdoors

  • Marinas and other marine businesses

  • Schools, camps and other educational businesses

  • Financial services; particularly specialty lenders and factors

  • Oil & gas, including upstream / E&P and specialized services / equipment

  • Highly specialized manufacturing and distribution

  • Specialized B2B services

2. Non-control financings of $10 million and up

  • Asset-based loans

  • Growth capital (organic or inorganic)

  • Minority buyouts

  • Special situations

Experience

The principal of Harbor Pilot Partners has over twenty five years of professional experience and over this time has completed and managed billions of dollars of investments as a principal / GP and hundreds of billions of dollars of transactions as an advisor / investment banker.
